LOCATION
One of Helsinki's leading hotels, Plaza is a tasteful combination of old and new. Parts of the building are protected for historical value whereas a new modern wing was newly built in 1997.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, close to the national Theatre and main rail station, and next to one of the leafy green city parks.

Standard rooms are available in three different styles - Italian, Nordic and Classic. All offer every amenity you would expect from an international first-class hotel: Air conditioning, Cable TV, pay movie channels, direct-dial telephone, PC modem connection, Mini-bar, Hair dryer, Trouser press, and in-room safe. An iron and ironing board are available in all Classic and most Nordic style rooms. Business class rooms have additional features inclulding wireless high speed internet access (Sonera Home-Run access cards can be purchased at reception), complimentary newspaper, complimentary movie channels, iron and ironing board, bathrobe and slippers, coffee and tea making facilities, and complimentary chocolates.
DINING
Breathing the rich history of the building, the Plaza Brasserie and Brasserie Bar offer a cosmopolitan atmosphere and are an ideal meeting place for simply enjoying a drink or an array of international dishes. The Gourmet Restaurant, adjacent to the Brasserie offers Scandinavian cuisine and local specialties.
MEETING FACILITIES
The Radisson SAS Plaza has 11 meeting rooms and the unique boardroom suite, with its original furniture, seats up to 15 guests. The largest room can cater for 80 persons. Most rooms are furnished with exclusive boardroom furniture and equipped with all modern comforts today's conference guest may require.
